For fish, they have been living in water their whole life and I don't think they feel wet.

Feeling wet is just that a feeling or sensation. And there is absolutely no way for us to know that.
We are surrounded by air. And yes, we do feel dry depending the humidity of the air around us. We know this because we can communicate our feeling. But fish cannot.

No.Because we don't feel dry.Or we don't feel air.For them it's just like walking around your house.You don'e feel anything.Maybe a little draft but really nothing.
