So I have a interview for a Server at Olive Garden tomorrow and I am so nervous. I am strong but I don't think I can balance those heavy trays filled with food and walk to a table. I have never been a server at a full service restaurant. I wanted to know do females have to carry the trays or do someone bring them out for you. Also in my interview should I ask if they have any hostess positions open.
Does a female server at Olive Garden have to carry the food tray things.?
