Under normal circumstances, would the sale of a business to a larger corporation include contracts that the small business negotiated ? The contract in question was a sole distributorship agreement and did not stipulate one way or the other. Would a company be responsible to supply a company besides the original party? Does it have anything to do with how intact the small company remained?
