Okay, according to my school's financial aid office (Cal State East Bay), I was awarded $1265 for a WHOLE YEAR of Cal Grant money when the Cal Grant aid commission itself (when I called them) told me that they're giving me $4026 or $1342 per 1/3 of a year [or per quarter]...does they have a right to do that?
Also, the amount is on my "webgrants for students" account online...indicated under the 2009-2010 school year...
I meant to say "do" not "does" in the paragraph.
the amount is the maximum that CSU student get....it's $7000+ for UC and $9708 for private college....my financial aid status shows that I am qualified for the maximum amount.
