does a car that is sold as a car that runs good but needs work fall under the lemon law?

I sold my (((1969))) car a few weeks ago as a car that runs good but needs work or "as is" . I told him that i had no clue what was wrong with it. and he left my home happy with the deal. The man that i sold the car to is now asking for $275 back from the car because he found a gas leak in the car. is this under the lemon law?
