someone recently tampered with my gas tank and put what looks like silly string or confetti. me and a friend tried to siphon the gas tank but the tube only goes so far and the end of the tube never gets wet or anything. are we doing something wrong? and due to this, fuel isn't getting to the engine causing it to not start.
Does a 99 ford explorer have a anti-siphoning tank?
