Does a 99 Cadillac Seville SLS have Displacement on Demand?

Obviously it has the 4.6 liter Northstar, as that was the only engine available. I don't remember seeing anything in the owner's manual nor ever reading anything about it, plus it doesn't get good gas mileage.

Any knowledge out there?
