I found that my truck left a big liquid stain on the sand where I park my vehicle. The power steering fluid was low, so I pour some in, but ended up putting too much in. I am wondering if this truck came with an overflow for this type of mistake?
I also would like to know, if the PS fluid is red or clear? I asked before I bought the fluid, but when I got home the fluid looked clear. The fluid already in my truck was like a light faded reddish brown oil, when I checked it. I have been the only owner of this vehicle and I had never refilled the PS fluid before, so I don't know what color it should be. I appreciate any info or advice. Thank you.
