Does a 2000 Toyota Echo come with ABS?

My insurance company gives me a discount if my vehicle comes with a four-wheel anti-lock braking system. I own a 2000 Toyota Echo (it's a sedan). Does it come with a four-wheel ABS, a two-wheel ABS, or neither?
