Does a 1990 Acura Integra have a place to put steering fluid?

if it has it..

if your facing the motor ints on the right side (drivers side) down toward the headlight. i think you put the fluid directly into the pump, it should have a cap.
 
Most cars and trucks have power steering and if it does it will b hard to turn the wheels on the ground w/ the car off and some manual trans vehicles don't have powersteering. Easiest bet call your local autozone or other parts store n ask
 
this car has a separate reservoir for the "Honda only" power steering fluid. it is a plastic container with a red cap located behind the drivers side headlamp assy, in front of the power steering pump pulley
 
Only if it has power steering. Many small cars don't have power steering and don't need it.

P.S. If your steering wheel turns just as easily with the engine off, then you do not have power steering.
