I have one I want to sell the atv i bought it off a guy that ran a shop was going to give me bill of sale when i gave him his last $100 forgot about it he was moving shop away in a month never went to see him befor he left can i sell the ATV and just provide a bill of sale from myself, because im not positive if atvs were titled then or if they even had vin #'s on them please help.
Does a 1986 honda trx250r even have a title i don't beleieve they titled them...
