on craigslist? im a new buyer. i only have 1700$ to buy a vehicle and i saw one on craigslist for 1500. its a 1994 honda civic and it looks nice. i am still going to a car auction (btw has anyone been to one? what actually takes place there?). anyways, i would appreciate the help.
