Today I decided to watch "The Terminator" on dvd which I bought when it was first released (it's the normal two disc edition).
I haven't watched it for about a year and a half now. When I took the disc out I was shocked at what I saw. The disc had developed some sort of strange condensation which made it unplayable, the surface of the disc was also quite sticky.
I cleaned it with a CD cleaner and the film seems to work OK, however after this the disc looks a little worse for wear. The second disc is exactly the same but I haven't cleaned that one up.
I remember reading about this sort of thing in DVD REVIEW magazine and remember there was an address that you could send the discs to for a replacement. I was wondering if anyone could remember the address to send the discs?
Thanks in advance,
Martin
