Thanks guys! Changed the climate control panel (got a used one from junkyard) and a/c is now turning on and off. I Never suspected that because the a/c button is working (light turns on when pressed) and fan direction changes with the turn of switch. I still have one problem, though. All the lights are blinking and I can't tell whether the a/c and air recirculating buttons are on. I'm still researching on that.
