Hello I have a 97 dodge ram 5.9 4x4 .I thought Overdrive was going out it was chattering or going in an out of od untill I would turn off OD at 55 MPH. So I pulled the trans took it to a buddy to have him rebuild it.And also put in new torque converter. (He said trans did not look that bad) I put it back in and still the exact same thing??????? Anyone else having this problem or had? The only thing I can think is the pcm is going bad? when I first put it back in it seemed fine Shifted as if was fixed (only drove it 5 miles). Today When I drove was back to the old way. I would appreachte any help.
