Dodge truck dash all cracking up, what can I do?

I have a 2000 Dodge truck 3500 Dually, that has around 135000 miles on it, hasn't ever been in a wreck, since I've owned it since it was new, and the dash is cracking all up and Dodge will only pay half. Evidently it is a factory default in material, so feel they should replace it in full. This is a safety hazard. If I got in a wreck, evidently it would all just crumble away. Is there anything I can do about this situation? This is not a cheap truck to buy. To replace it would cost me $50000..
It is kept in a shop! I use a sunvisor. Others with older trucks, different makes, don't have a problem. I see plenty at the horse shows, so this is a Big Safety issue!

Keep it out of the sun, or buy one of those sin visor things for your front windshield. You can also keep the dachboard lubricated with some kind of protectant. Extended time in the sun is usually the reason for cracked up dashboards.
