Dodge ram ECU problems?

I have a 2004 Dodge Ram and the ECU keeps coming on. When I plug in code fault unit we keep getting O2 sensor codes. We have replaced 2 sensors, re programed the 'puter with a Dodge update and have been told that the Cat Converters may be worn out? Also told by other Ram owners that this is a comon thing and thats that, Any thoughts? The truck has done 96000m.
thanks for that, we are cycling the o2 sensor between all 4 ports trying to find the troubled one, no luck yet. When I reset the ECU the light stays out for about 2 days and then bingo, its back....
 
Their are four O2 sensors on a Dodge motor Two fronts and two rears. Front means it is before the catalytic converter and the rear means that it is after the catalytic converter. Is it possible that you may have changed the wrong one?
