My Dodge Neon 2002 was parked outside in the 40F temp for 2 days. When i was about to start it, it wouldn't start. I thought it was prob the battery, but i checked the headlight and radio, they're all fine. And the starter seemed to be working(it sounded just like when i wanted to start my car regularly but the engine won't start). So i kept trying, and I after i turned the key to start for about 5 seconds it finally started. When it started, the engine and exhaust sounded weird, almost like someone coughing. After 1 minute or so, the car sounded just fine and ran OK. And i then added the fuel injection cleaner to the gas tank when i went to the gas station right after that(i was planning to do it anyway). And it's been 3 days, and there has been no problem. What do you think is happening with my car? is it just the fuel injector got clogged(due to the fact that after the car start, it sounded weird)?Did the fuel injector cleaner somewhat "cure" the problem?or is there anything else?oh yeah, everytime the ignition is on(before start), i always hear a humming sound from the battery, could that be one of the problem?if it is, does that mean i have to change the battery or just the cable? Thanks
