Dodge Neon vacuum line?

My 2003 Dodge Neon check engine light came on, i got the code p0440, i looked under the hood and there is a very thin vacuum line, i have no idea where it goes and cannon find where it came from, is there a chart or any other help that i can ge tin finding this?
 
There is a sticker, usually on the underside of the hood showing you where all vacuum lines go and come from.
 
Call the dealership and tell them that code they can tell you what that is and why it went off and where the hose hooks up too.
 
If you know a junk yard around your area, you might go see if they will let you look at a car of the same model as yours, and see if you can find the hose on the junkyard car and hopefully it will still be attached.

If you buy a repair rebuild manual you might be able to find where it goes, but since you dont know what its for you would just be poking in the dark.
