Dodge Neon(1996)..2.0...SOHC...will not start, engine turns but it just grinds and will not start..What are some reasons for this? Is the engine shot or blowed? If so how can you tell? There is no oil leaks or gas leaks. The car has set still since sometime in December because of all this heavy snow we had this winter. I just need some ideas as what to look for reasons in getting it started again. Ay ideas or suggestions?
