Dodge Man, please help me with my car?

I have a 2001 Grand Marquis that has been shutting down, as I accerlate then the engine dies off. At first the car hesitates as I want to accelerate then it dies if I keep accelerating. I took it to Auto Zone and here is what the said.

As for the first code, these cars are famous for a number of problems that could cause this. You will need to check fuel pressure,wires,coils.If this has coil over plug ignition thats the first area I would look at.The second code wont cause a running problem but will fail a state inspection.
 
it diffidently needs new plugs and or wires. Also sounds like you have a air flow problem. also, looks like you are sucking in to much air and its causing you car to die. check your airflow assembly for wholes or disconnections along the intake.
