dodge intrepid and/or dodge stratus
dodge intrepid, old yes, but is it good for first time drivers anhd what about the dodge stratus and also i dont like the styling is there any after market parts

I drive my second Stratus. I am haertbroken, they are not built anymore. I used to chase my first one from Belgium through Germany, the only thing I didn't like was the governor (no resistance at the gas pedal at 110 mph). My second one is a 2004 SE now 90K miles without any problems. For me, Toyota had too many recalls lately.

I think the Intrepid is a nice car for a beginner!

A first time driver needs a safe car that is easy to drive. The Dodge Intrepid isn't the easiest car to drive, due to the large size. If you're driving where there is very little traffic and easy parking, the Intrepid is fine. Just make sure the transmission is good and the engine isn't leaking too badly. If you are driving in a more congested area, you may want to think about the Stratus. Both are very cheap to buy used, parts are cheap and if you get in an accident, it won't be very costly.

Good luck!
