I have a 2003 dodge durango slt plus, it has 74,000 miles on it and I just recently bought it/ financed it from big blue autos in lexington, KY. I have a 4 year warranty on it so i'm not that worried but I still want to know why it's doing what it's doing. First thing is....when it's in AWD it's fine, but when you put it in park or neutral and switch it to 4WD Hi and start driving....the brakes lock up and it's really hard to turn corners and pull into parking spaces. I then switch it back to AWD and pump the brakes a little bit and it finally switches out and returns to normal.....I have no idea what's wrong and all I know is that when you go slow turning corners, it grabs the pavement really bad!...help!!!!
