Dodge D100 dash speaker size?

What size was the orginal dash speaker for a 1986 Power Ram pickup? The speaker is not there but I measured it with a tape and was getting around 4X91/2? I know that there are speakers at 4X10 but I really dont think they will fit. Does someone know for sure?

The standard size for the speaker was 6x9 you have to remember that the outer rim of the speaker has the holes for mounting it. I had a 77 step side that had a 6x9 speaker that had a bad case of sun rot. if anything mount the speakers behind the seat that way they will give you better sound and not rot!
