dodge caravan transmission problems?

i drive a 2002 dodge grand caravan sport.....a few days ago when i was driving it, the engine would shift but the whole car would jolt back.....also there is a slight fluttering noise when i accelerate. Also noticed yesterday (along with the jolting) that when i let off the gas at 60 or 65 the RPM's stayed right at 2000 then wavered (maybe that should happen idk) i was just wondering if this was normal wear and tear or something that needs more attention van has abt 90760 miles
