that's not to bad of a price on that one,and no their not that difficult to repair,the one thing it has going for it is the low mileage it has on it,have a good mechanic check this one out and see it has any problems that might be expensive to repair,and try and offer them less money for it,im sure if they got it priced at that ,they will take less for it,you should be able run that van another 100 thousand miles before you have any major problems from it,good luck on it.
