if the fan works on all speeds then its not bad no test is needed for it,if it was only running on high speed only then that would tell you that it needed a new resistor,you,d need a repair manual and a good ohm meter to test it with ,the real test is that it works on all speeds,that indicates that's its good,its mounted right behind the glove box on that one with a small wiring harness on it,check the wiring connections on it,its located on the heater box,it only cost about 20 bucks new if its bad,but i doubt that being the problem with it,good luck.
