Dodge Caliber owners?

I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber SXT Sport 2.0 diesel ive noticed at high speed 60mph plus when i need to break i get a wobble in the steering wheel and shakes quite a bit until i get down to bout 50mph what could this be can anyone help
 
Possibly worn brake discs, but they are renowned for vague steering, tramlining & terrible handling
