Dodge 2005 stratus a/c only works on speed4?
at first it was only start blowing on speed2 every now and then but then i will flick it back to 1 and it will blow.....i didn't buy it like this. NOW 1,2,3 SPEED DON'T BLOW AT ALL ONLY 4th A/C SPEED..
 
It might be the fan switch on your dash. Check to see if the vacuum lines are connected to the back of the switch, they might have fallen off.
