I own a 2004 Dodge Ram two door/2wd 5.7 hemi that has approximately 85,000 miles on it. Recently (approx five months ago) I noticed a grinding sound that occurs when I am driving straight. The grinding sound is speed sensitive and begins at approximately 15 MPH and is loudest between 25 - 40 MPH and still exists even if the vehicle is traveling in neutral. The sound disappears entirely when turning right but remains when turning left. Additionally, there is no noticeable loss of performance or miles per gallon. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
