I am have problem with the software. its working on the palm but i can open it on the computer. has anyone else had this proble and what did you do to fix it. right now the only way i can send word and excel file to the palm is through the file transfer. can anyone help?
 
You have to install the software to the PC via either download and run a typical installation on the PC or via the disk that came with your device.

The PC version is included in most install disks for the Palm Desktop but it is not part of the normal installation. You usually have to install it via "add on" from the Palm Desktop installation disk.

Therefore, insert your Palm Install disk and it should come up with a "add" additional software or browse additional software and then look for the DTG program group usually nested under "Personal Productivitiy" heading. Although it could be a stand alone category depending upon your device.

If you continue to have issues - post back what type of device - cuz not all of them come with DTG as standard.
 
I have the T5. I installed the one that came with the disk and then i upgraded. at first everything was working properly. well i started to have problems with my computer (not related with DTgo) and i put it in the shop at CompUSA. they reformated the hard drive and i had to reinstall everything. the program hasnt opened since. I was thinking that it may be a missing file. i removed it and installed it again and still have the same problem.
i can send a document to documents to go from that document and it will sync with the T5, but i can just open the program. its like something in the computer is blocking it from opening.
