Documents to Go issue

I have encountered a problem, I use my Palm tx to aid with my sports coaching...team contact lists (xls), Player Handbooks (doc/ppt), etc. and I use DocToGo, I have upgraded to Ver 9.000(145)

So I added a 1MB xls workbook to my palm and when I came to open the document, the palm thought about it for a while then said 'Not enough memory to perform this task'
I have 81.1MB (70%) of device memory and 699.9mB of SD memory left and even with the document added, I have 69% memory left...so what the heck is going on?

I have run the original doc through a virus checker several times, so it ain't that!

Help!! :confused:
 
Did you try a soft reset?

As an alternative try "Off Flush". What it does is it flushes your RAM.

Just remember when you open it put the percentage on 0% so that it doesn't flush every time you turn off the Palm (unless you want it to).


Also Off Flush is freeware.
