Photo albums... are they a thing of the past, or is the future digital slideshow's?


I think my kid will benefit from one, except 30gbs is shit loads of selection and he is most likely to rip it apart.
 
I think both have their place. to me theres nothing like an actual photograph.Also about a year ago I had my backup HDD crap out on me and lost over 300 gigs along with all music and saved movies. Thanks to the wife not all pics were lost because she has them printed and put them into albums. So the risk of losing either is there, good poll though
 
All the good photos go in albums but I'm much less ruthless about what goes on my PC. It's full of near doubles I couldn't make my mind up on that I'll probably never see again, but keep 'just in case'. It's like the digital equivalent of the loft.
 
everything is on the pc but albums are great. but my kids like to rip shit especially #2, eventually they will make it to an album.
