How far along do you have to be before anythign shows up in a vaginal ultrasound....can doctors tell right away if ur pregnant by ultrasound even if ur just a few days along???...there should be sumthing there right! Cuz i have been trying to concieve and i have a vaginal ultrasound schedualed for other things besides pregnacy but if i am pregnant that would be awsome if they could tell!!!!
