The position I work now requires me to lift heavy things constantly. I have 2 bulged discs in my back. And have dr slips saying no lifting over 20lb and no constant bending. I am trained in different position in my work place the require lighter lifting. if i submit a letter to my boss requesting better work conditions that follow my dr.s orders can he make me still do the lifting or must he improve my conditions that i work in. I am ready and willing to work but just not under conditions that cause me horrible pain.
