Now I seem to be having difficulties with my WordToGo files being recognized on the T5. The desktop says they are there, they appear to be installed into the T5 in the hotsync process, however, when I open up DocToGo on the T5 they aren't there. Any ideas why and how to recolve this without reloading them all?

Do you have Docs to Go set to not refresh the document list automatically? I'm not sure how different your version is from 6.008, but in 6.008 it's under Preferences. There's an option to "Always search for supported files when opening Documents to Go." There's also a menu item under File called Search for Files... and that will manually scan for supported files.

Thank you for your reply.

I went ahead and reinstalled my software after I deleted it on my PDA. I then refreshed all of my documents and finally I had the dekstop over ride the handheld so that everything would be re-sync. I was successful, everything is there....that is good, I didn't want to go through the entire process of reloading all of my documents.

You're welcome. Glad you got it to work. I have card readers on my computers at home and at work, so I don't even use the Docs to Go desktop component--just save to the card as native .xls or .doc files. I have to have DTG scan for compatible files afterward, though--the option to have it scan every time it's opened really slows things down if I haven't added any files.
