No stupid questions, just a bit more information might be required.
SheetToGo is part of Docs To Go--it is just the spreadsheet component.
Looking at your original post, it seems like your recipes are not in a table format (In MS Word, Table->Insert...->Table). It seems like your recipes are just in ordinary text columns. Unfortunately, this is not a good formatting choice. Columns in Word should only be used when the text can flow automatically from one column to the next.
For example, in your Word document, choose Edit->Select All and then change the font size to two points bigger. If everything is now screwed up, your columns aren't working right, and thus it is screwed up in WordToGo as well. (Press Ctrl-Z to undo your change.)
Your best bet would probably be to manually reformat the data into one column.
The only way I see that you could use SheetToGo would be to copy and paste your whole document into Excel, format it there how you like, and then save it as an Excel file, and then import it into Docs To Go as you already know how.
