Docs To Go (DTG)

All of a sudden (i.e. today) DTG gives me a fatal exception and reset every time I try to open a ?STG (sheet to go/spreadsheet) I have some that are pretty well used like medical expenses for taxes, a monthly report for work, car expenses etc. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both the desktop and the T3 but no soap. I think it may have occurred when I was updating my medical expenses and the T3 reset before I could save it. Now every time I try to open a spreadsheet I get the reset and error message. I even deleted all of the sheets and program with FileZ but also no good. Any suggestions. HELP PLEASE

It sounds like some of your program files may have been deleted. I don't know if this will help or not, but you can try installing the Documents To Go update. This can be downloaded from http://www.dataviz.com free of charge. You will need your registration and activation numbers when you download the file.
 
Already tried that, but thanks also. No matter what I do I get the fatal exception message every time I open up a spreadsheet. The Word Docs work fine, and I haven?t installed the Pics (use Splash Photo). The Inbox to go works fine also. I just don?t have a clue at this point. May have to break down and write DataViz. But I have faith in y?all.

This thread looks like I?m conversing with myself. Oh well, Whatevahhh. I went to the DataViz site and under FAQ for this version of DTG there was a nice 3 page listing of how to fix the problem. Essentially, I had to uninstall and delete (thank God for FileZ) each and every bit of the program. Then did the same on the desktop. Reset both, reinstalled the program, and Eureka, even kept all the most recent document changes. Thanks again for the helpful suggestions. This forum rocks, especially by comparison to many of the others.
