I notice the last couple days I've been feeling so sad. It could be because it's getting towards the end of the semester at school and it's crunch time.
Also, I've been realizing how I don't really have much in common with my mother or grandmother. They're racist towards Black people. Me myself, I find Black women beautiful and I wouldn't mind dating a Black girl. It's just sad because when you're growing up, you assume that you and your family are inseparable and have things in common but that's not always the case.
Plus we had A Bronx Tale on TV today and there was some interracial romance between Robert De Niro's son and a Black girl from the neighborhood. I thought that movie had some sad parts because of the racial conflict.
