Do you wear a helmet on your child when taking them in a bike trailer?

I am planning on getting a bike trailer for my 14 month old daughter. Do you have to use a helmet? What are the risks? We won't really be going in traffic or anything. We will be using it at parks and on the Air Force base on which we live. Thanks
 
No the trailor won't tip unless you fall down a cliff. If by chance you get in an accident with the trailor the helmet wont do much good.

Also the kid is strapped in and it is impossible of her to hit her head in that trailor even if it rolled.

Maybe people should have the kids wear helmets in cars also.
