Do you think what I put on my application was okay?

So I went job hunting today, and I applied and Denny's. For some reason, I really want to work there. The manger himself gave me an application, and he was joking with me a bit, so I think that helped my chances. Anyway, it asked why I wanted the job. I put, "I like working with people. I like meeting new people, and I get along with pretty much everyone." My mom thinks it's good, because it's a sit down restaurant and I'll be working with customers/coworkers a lot.

Also, he didn't say "I'll put it on file", like I know a lot of people do. My brother said that's good, because when they say that they usually don't/won't look at it. I'm going back there on Tuesday to see if he's had a chance to review it, because my brother said it's good if I do that, because it shows I'm really interested in the job. What do you think my chances are?
