Do you think Verizon will 'grandfather' people into tiered data?

If current Verizon wireless customers have the unlimited data $29.99/month package, and Verizon tiers their data plan like AT&T ($25 for 2 GB, $15 for 200 MB), will current VZW customers who are on the unlimited $29.99/month plan still remain on that, at least for a while, when Verizon does what AT&T is doing?
