Do you think that it is bad etiquette to call another woman a 'tramp' and a 'prostitution whore' in a loud voice while dining at a high-end restaurant?

Insulting others is just bad manners no matter who, where, or why. Even in politics it is better to honestly and respectfully point out your disagreements rather than toss demeaning lables at people.
If you are the target of this rudeness, the best thing to do is pretend it didn't happen and let the audience recognize your grace and the rudeness of the other person for themselves.

Well it's the kind of thing i have come to expect from people with too much money, but no class. . . . .

I hear people say that kind of thing in many "swanky" places, many people with money (and no class) think THEY don't look bad when they say that kind of thing becasue they are not poor so they can't possibly be scummy, they are wrong.

Every time i have been abused at work and sworn at it really is either a psychotic drug addict or social misfit, OR a really rich person.
Regular people seem more self aware, and aware of others. . .
