...deniability for when government? for when government takes over power grids, GPS, air travel, radio communications etc and deliberately destroys out economy, shuts down our free communications, etc?

They will blame it on the sun. What a load of crap. Don't believe them when they say the sun is why you can't visit your favorite website or if your GPS quits working or you can't travel.
