At the start of the year,i bought an ipod touch.But after about three months,the usb connector wore out & eventually tore at the top of it.I treated it with respect & didn't step on it at all,but i thought it should last longer than that,so i went on the apple site to see if they would replace it for free,but it said i had to pay for a replacement!!
I think that's really harsh to have to pay for a replacement.Has anyone elses usb connector ripped & what did you do about it?
