Do you think this is discrimination?

Okay, So I'm 14 years old and I just got 3 days of CSI (Where you stay in a room all day instead of learn or whatever) But anyway, I went in the art room and there was an anarchy sign, All ready written on the desk, Which by the way was already covered in pen, Crayon and paint, Anyway, I darkened the sign with a sharp pencil and there was an anarchy sign. Now I accept the responsibility for 'destroying' school property, But really, If I was drawing a cross they would say nothing. Anarchy is in no way illegal and I don't act on it. There is nothing in the district rules that state that I cannot write that symbol. This wasn't for the writing on the desk itself, But for the sign. Would this be considered discrimination against my beliefs? Like I said, If I drew a cross no one would of said anything.
Where did I say it was a religion? And Yes, I also got in trouble for the destruction of property and the form of the drawing, If you 'read' it, It clearly says that.
