What happens is the contestants put a small dab of liquid on their knees. The liquid is made of steak blood and has gone rotten. They then sit in a room with a bunch of flies and the flies are attracted to the smell of the rotten meat on the person's knees. So all the flies land on the person's knees and then music starts, and it is up to the person to bang his feet on the ground to shake the flies off, then when they come back on his knees he does it again, and the point is to make the flies come on and off his knees in rythm to the music. The winner is whoever was in rythm the best.
