I'm a 17 year old male that's 5'8 and 250 pounds.
I'm starting my diet tomorrow ( March 9th 2011 )
I will only be eating healthy food such as veggies protein etc and drinking plenty of water and working out 2 hours on Mondays,Wednesdays, and Thursdays! I will run,jump rope, and start lifting weights.
By ( July 1st 2011 ) a little over 3 months will I be able to lose 50 or more pounds? With this diet I'm cutting my calorie intake by a lot because I'm use to eating fast food all time and getting just about no exercise so I'm hoping this change with help me a lot!!! So do you think its possible?
