I have some pretty severe health issues so i can't do any strenuous activites. Although i want to look nice and toned for summer, ill be going to the beach a lot. So if i stick with this routine do you think i will be nice and toned by june? Also if this helps im a 16 yr old female, and im 5'4" almost 5'5", 106 lbs
Everyday i do 150 crunches, 200 oblique exercises and about 4-5 yoga exercises. when its nice out i ride my bike about 6-8 miles. anything i should add?
