Do you think there will be a hatsune Miku/Vocaloid anime?

She is very popular in Japan, most likely because she and her ilk could be considered an extremely early version of a persocom.
With today's economy, and going back to "assured hits", one may be likely.

Sadly, it would probably be a "Moe" series, but I would hope for one that follows this storyline:

But just as those videos showed, there's plenty of other directions to go with the concept. I've seen just as many videos that are happy and peppy as darker and more foreboding, and ones that tell stories.

Surely, they can coem up with soemthing more creative than "Otaku gets vocaloid program, suddenly, a real miku comes out and lives at his house! Harem hilarity ensues!"
 
Wow, they made a statue of Black Rock Shooter Miku? Awesome.

Anyway, I really like the "masked devil" storyline. I wish an anime would be based off of that.

A Hachune 4koma is both obvious and easy though.
 
Well they could always do like in the comic with each episode being a comic vignette with it's own self-contained continuity.

If this guy doesn't show up in a future No More Heroes game as a character I will be sorely disappointed.

You want them to make a fake, animated reality show about a fake computer generated voice synthesizer mascot?

While not technically a vocaloid anime: it does seem a Black Rock Shooter OVA pilot is being made.
